Return & Exchange Policy

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your Ergoralia product.
Returns requested outside this period cannot be accepted.


Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is in original condition: unopened, unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • You can provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item arrived damaged or defective

  • Sizing issues (e.g., pillow too firm, too high, or not suitable for your body type)

If your item is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos or videos when contacting our support team for validation.


Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues

  • Incorrect items received

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet hygiene and condition requirements.

To request an exchange, email support@ergoralia.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for exchange

  • The desired size or replacement item

Please note: Exchange requests for different variants or sizes depend on current inventory levels.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If your item qualifies:

  1. Email us at support@ergoralia.com with your order number and a short explanation.

  2. If your request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including how and where to ship the item.

⚠️ Important:
Please do not send back any products without contacting us first.
Unapproved or unsolicited returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:
Shipping costs and optional shipping protection are non-refundable.


Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return or exchange shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Ergoralia is not responsible for lost or untracked return packages.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider – refunds may take time to reflect.

  3. Check with your bank – processing times vary.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We cannot reship or refund orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Customers are fully responsible for providing correct shipping information at the time of purchase.
