HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Once your item(s) are dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Canada: 3–8 business days

  • UK: 3–8 business days

  • Australia: 3–8 business days

  • New Zealand: 3–8 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once we’ve shipped your item. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to appear. Some items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers depending on your location.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty. If the item has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

CANCELLATION AFTER 24 HOURS
There is no cancellation after 24 hours.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct address.
You may also contact us at support@ergoralia.com within 24 hours to request an update.
We cannot update the address after your order has been shipped.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We pack every ErgoRalia product with care and reinforced padding. However, in rare cases, items may arrive damaged due to postal mishandling.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged item

Once received, we’ll gladly send out a replacement at no extra cost.
